Well, I don’t eat chocolates. But I have fond memories of various filled ones. I do like caramel a lot. But I used to really love a treat called “Mint Dream” by Russell Stover (I think). It was filled with a light, minty, whippy cream. Yum! I also like coconut (Mounds) and I still occasionally crave a Peppermint Patty. Hmm. I also went through a period where I loved chocolate-covered toffee and also nougat a la Milky Way.

Peanut butter… I really miss the Reese’s Crunch Bars, which was chunky peanut butter (or maybe it was the little crispies like in a Crunch Bar).
I also like Vanilla Creme – I think that’s what they’re called, that I get from Fannie Mae. But it’s got to be Dark Chocolate, or it’s too sweet.
I also like candy bars with almonds in them.
OH!! And SALT!!! Thanks to Joy, I have discovered the deliciousness that is “salted chocolate”.
