Not sure – spinach? Lettuce? Tomatoes? Carrots? Probaby has to be one of those.

  3. Laura says:

Lately, spinach. I’ve had spinach salads several times this week. It really depends on my mood. One week, I ate an avocado every two days. Sometimes I’ll go for carrots, in the summer, when they’re ripe, it’s tomatoes or cucumbers from the garden.

I try to eat every day fresh veggies. So we eat a lot of different ones. But tomatoes and bell peppers are always in my fridge.

Corn for the vegetable and tomatoes for the FRUIT! 😉

  6. Sue says:

Veggies?! Corn, peas or green beans. We rotate and those are the most frequently eaten!

  7. Nikki says:

Oh my. I love veggies so much, it’s hard to chose. I love peas, and fresh green beans. I also love zucchini and asparagus. My #1 would probably be fresh green beans.

  8. Joy says:

We love vegetables here too. In the winter we eat more frozen and we like pea’s, corn and green beans but lately now we’ve been eating a lot of asparagus, cauliflower and broccoli. I steam them and we love those little yellow squash and zucchini fried up in wok oil and onions.
