Question of the day from Jason and Jenny

I’ve seen water spouts. That’s about it. But I’ve dealt with the clean-up/aftermath of other people’s property.
Yes. When I was 7, tornado’s hit Fridley. A total of 7 of them hit that night and I’ve never gotten over my fear. I was also really close to one hitting one summer in Canada.
Let’s not forget the funnel cloud over your house a couple of summers ago, Betty Crocker….. 🙂
That was just last summer!
SHUT UP JASON!!!
I saw one forming over our house when I still lived with my parents, but it never got to the ground.
The year before I was born, my dad survived a tornado that took out half of the school he’d been teaching in ten minutes before it hit. He still tells stories about seeing it heading toward him and looking for a safe place to ‘hide’.
I’ve experienced crazy weather, but I haven’t seen one or been through one.
Followed one on my way home from work and was able to get a few pics of it…thats the one that went over Joy’s house…lol
Jeesh you two!! LMAO!!!
I think I’ve been in a few quickies (but I was hiding, not watching), and I’ve seen a few small funnel clouds at a distance. Nothing very dramatic so far, thankfully. My mom has some folklore from when I was a baby, where, e.g., a tornado “walked down the middle of the street” and glasses, vases, etc. floated through the air before crashing to the floor. Freaky.
I think it goes with saying that just about everyone has been through a few “quickies” but that’s not what this question is about.
Get it together SKL. Lol
LOL Good one!!!!
LOL!
LMAO Michael!!!!!!
Gross!!!!
I’ve seen funnel clouds. A huge one over our lake, I think that was last summer! Never a full on tornado though, but I doubt I ever will. I’m not one to stick around to see it!
Never. Thank heaven.
Ive never seen one but when I was a kid I was at my best friends birthday party and a Tornado was sited so we all had to go in the basement. Then the electricity went out..you can imagine a bunch of very scared little kids huddled down there.I think that put fear into me!I dream about them ALOT still.
I was on the other side of town for the one Laura mentioned. What a mess… very scary. Luckily it passed right by our home base the the area cleanup took weeks. That was the only one thank God!
