Not so much.
I agree with mssc. I’m afraid I don’t care too much for him anymore. I can’t seem to separate the actor from the man.
Can’t say I was ever much of a fan of his to begin with…
I never was a fan! 😦
I honestly don’t know. I liked him as a comedic actor – for better or worse, True Lies is on my ‘classics’ list. I’d like to think that his recent escapades wouldn’t tarnish that for me. I’m trying to think of other actors who have done stupid things in their personal lives, but gone on to have successful careers. Mel Gibson comes to mind. Yeah, he turned out to be a raging alcoholic, but I still like Lethal Weapon, and Mavrick is on that aforementioned list.
That’s not to say that I would ever count either one among my friends, if I met them. I might not even be inclined to go to anything from here forward. But I also don’t think that I’ll be turning the TV off, if one of their old movies comes on.
There are a couple of his movies that I really did like. Toby was a huge fan while growing up so I’ve seen and owned most of them. I did like Total Recall. I also liked True Lies and Jingle All The Way. That one was made in MPLS. It’s hard not to like the ones you did.
Mel Gibson? I LOVED Braveheart and also did love the Lethal Weapon’s.
never was…can’t stand his voice
Never was a fan so it’s not hard to be hater now!
