Directions
Place shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Transfer shrimp to a bowl and add eggs, celery, and mayonnaise; mix well. Add seasonings, to taste, and stir to combine. Spread additional mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Heap shrimp salad onto bread and then cut sandwiches in half. Serve with lettuce and tomato, if desired.

I’m not too sure about the shrimp and eggs together but I will try it. Don’t you live the cute way they’re wrapped? It’s such a nice touch.
Yeah, I’m not too sure about this. I’d try it if someone else made it but a certain someone would kill me if I wasted a pound of shrimp for something like this! I do like how they are wrapped-super cute!
