Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (about 1/2 cup)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 ears corn, shucked

Instructions:

Prepare the grill for medium-high direct heat.

In a small bowl, stir together the butter, Parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread butter mixture evenly over the corn; wrap each ear in heavy-duty foil. Grill the corn, covered, for 10 minutes.
