I can SO relate to the woman at the very end!!!!
Yep. Ever since it became cheaper to outsource customer “service” to wherever they do… ugh. I hate when I have to call for assistance.
I’ve just sat here for the last ten minutes, watching more “Peggy” videos. At least they can look at our pain with humor.
I dread calling Sprint or Direct TV. I had to call Direct TV a few weeks ago to cancel Sunday’s Football Ticket and I dreaded it for weeks and guess what??? I had NO problems! I couldn’t believe it. I only had to tell my story once. I never got transferred to anyone else or anything. Paul looked at me like he couldn’t believe it. I thought sure as S@@t that they’d try and talk me into something else.
I pay ALL of my bills over the phone. I can SO relate to this!!!! I also had to call Charter Friday. Bill needed to be payed and I wanted to see what I could change to lower my bill. Granted we get phone, cable and internet services through them, paying $200 a month is getting to us. Come to find out we have been paying for 2 DVR boxes since last Nov. We only have 1 DVR box. He credited us $150 and got our bill down to $130 without eliminating anything!
I dreaded that call all month, and I was so happy in the end…especially because I could understand him!
