    I don’t mind the elliptical. I like doing the ab exercise on turbo jam

    I wouldn’t say I have a favorite! I do love volleyball and really like basketball, and even though I run, it’s not my favorite!

    Taking a walk in my very hilly neighborhood, or hiking, or biking – none of which I’ve done much of in recent years!

    Actually I’d like to say rock climbing, but I have only done it a few times and usually without safety equipment. I probably wouldn’t like it so much if I had to be strapped for safety.

    For dedicated “exercise”, I’ve started “Interval walking” – which is regular walking interspersed with power walking. I didn’t think I’d like it, but surprise, it’s grown on me! I use a podcast to get me through and make sure I’m doing the “sprint walks” for the right amount of time. Indoors, I really like the elliptical, but I don’t get to use it much, as it’s at the gym, and I don’t get there much.

    If I had a billion dollars, though, I’d build a skating rink. I absolutely LOVE to ice skate, and would do it every single day if I had the means.

    I also love to swim and kayak. I need to live by a lake.

    I love Pilates. But my favorite form of exercise is riding my bike.

    Well. I’m not sure. Vicki has a bike, elliptical, treadmill, 2 ab machines and a rower. I think out of all of them I like the bike the most. I use 2 pound weights in each hand and work my arms at the same time. I’m not fond of the treadmill or the elliptical. I do them every other day but I’m not fond of them. I like stretching my body out too with the 2 pound dumbbells and plain old stretching things. My body feels good when I do those and I feel I’ve really tightened up.
