I was wandering around on Pinterest the other day, and came across this graphic. It is simply amazing to see the depth and height of our world. I’m trying to figure out how to print it out and put it on Josh’s wall…

The entire site that it comes from, Our Amazing Planet, is pretty cool, and worth the time that you end up spending over there. But then, I’ve always been amazed by the natural things around me.

Take some time and really think about the things you read here. It will make you feel really, really tiny…

Every time I see it, it just blows my mind. Look how deep that Deep Water Horizon drill goes!! No WONDER it was so hard to repair!

Very cool. I think the weirdest thing is how low the sperm whale can go without getting crushed.

I’ve realized that if I printed it out, not only would it take more paper and ink than I have, I suspect it would be FAR too tall for Josh’s room…. back to square one. I’m going to see if they sell it somewhere. I think it would be cool to have. Maybe I’ll put it sideways along the wall in the hallway, like a timeline
