  1. Sue says:

3 days when the kids were born.

  2. mssc54 says:

I think almost a month. I shattered my ankle and broke both the bones in my right leg. I was in the Navy at the time. They had a difficult time finding a surgeon to do the surgery. So they shifted me to three separate hospitals in three different states (MS, AL & FL). It was ten days before they even did the surgery.

Don’t recon I will ever forget that.

  3. SKL says:

I just realized someone asked this question before . . ..

Anyhoo . . . I never spent the night in the hospital except right after I was born (the usual few days). I’ve been to the ER for minor emergencies, but that’s about it.

  4. Jenny says:

2 days when Hunter was born

  5. Karen Joy says:

    nine days.

  6. Nikki says:

2 days when Bailey was born. I’m pretty sure it was only 2. Or maybe 3. 2 after he was born and then the night before he was born.

  7. Joy says:

I was in for 3 days when my lungs quit on me.

  8. Laura says:

5 days when Josh was born.

  9. Just a Mom says:

I was in for a week with an appendicitis when I was about 12 or 13. I stayed with my youngest daughter when she was just a year old for 2 weeks when she had Osteomyelitis in her left arm.
