Turkey and sausage gumbo. And MAN was it awesome!!
Ham and bean soup and mine was awesome too.
You mean other than coffee? Hmmm. Probably some organic alfredo mac’n’cheese from a box. (Don’t laugh, it’s better than it sounds.)
LOL!! I didn’t laugh until you told me not to!! LOL!!
had pizza for supper tonight
Spaghetti for supper tonight.
My share of T-day Dinner: Green Been Casserole, Apple/Raisin Dressing, Pumpkin w/Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake*, and an unidentifiable chocolate “pie” that SOMEONE said looked like a cow patty.*
*It was a recipe from my friend, Dina. We made our cheesecakes at the same time, on the same night, 3.5 hours apart. Hers rocked the house. Mine, well… didn’t. Apparently, the chocolate is supposed to thin nicely with the addition of some of the pumpkin batter. But mine didn’t. Even when i added THREE TIMES what the recipe called for. It just got gloopy. so I left it out, and just made pumpkin cheesecake without the awesomeness of the chocolate swirl. But, unable to waste good chocolate, I plopped it into a spare graham-cracker crust and baked it up. Sent her a pic. Not only did she declare herself the winner of our unofficial bake-off, she said my second pie looked like something from the business end of a gurnsey….
I got the last laugh, though. That meadow muffin, apparently, was quite tasty!!
That’s so neat that you have a friend to do something like this with.
Grilled cheese for lunch for Christopher. Toby made supper tonight 🙂
I havent cooked since Wednesday! It was shakin bake chicken, rice and homemade cream corn.I made enough for Thursday supper and Friday we ate out(had no lunch), Saturday we ordered in.today Im cooking again but it sure was wonderful having a few days off.My hubby made us all breakfast this morning and did dishes even so I am on HAPPY chick!!
Technically, I haven’t cooked today. All I did was cut up meat, potatoes, carrots and onions and threw it in the crock pot. So, the last time I cooked was yesterday. I made a breakfast casserole for supper. Fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage with english muffins.
