Toss up between Silent Night and Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer. Depends on my mood.

  2. Ellen says:

I think Last Christmas by Wham. Here’s the vide, really the late 80ties 🙂

  3. Jenny says:

Just one? No way… I love White Christmas, Greensleeves, Silver Bells, Silent Night…speaking of Silent Night have you seen that commercial with the sleeping babys and have this song playing? I love that commercial!

  4. Laura says:

I have so many!! Traditional, Oh Holy Night and Do You Hear What I Hear? Fun: Snoopy’s Christmas, Two-Step ‘Round the Christmas Tree. Epic: Wizards in Winter (the whole Lost Christmas Eve, by Trans-Sib Orch). Celtic: Christmas Pipes by Celtic Woman.

I could go on for days.

I have a few that just drive me up a wall, too. But that’s a post for another day…

I can’t just give one either. If I had to, in order: For Unto Us a Child is Born, Hallelujah Handel’s Messiah and the traditional Away In A Manger because it was one of the first songs I learned on my flute.

  6. SKL says:

My favorite to sing is Angels We Have Heard on High.

My favorite to hear? Hmm, is Ave Maria considered a Christmas song?

I love so many Christmas songs.

  7. Joseph says:

I like Emmanuel by Chris Tomlin, The Way in a Manger by Paul Brandt, a bunch by Boney M, like Feliz Navidad and Mary’s Boy Child. Then of course there are the traditional ones like the Huron Carol, Greensleaves, O Tannenbaum, and Hark the Herald Angels Sing.

To put it short, I don’t have ONE favourite….I have MANY!!

It’s got to be the original “Do They Know it’s Christmas?” by Band Aid!
Cracking tune, loads of celebs, fantastic message, raised an incredible amount of money and united millions of people in their aim to make the world a slightly better place for people less fortunate…what more can you ask for in a Christmas song?!

  9. Nikki says:

White Christmas, is my favorite traditional Christmas song. But Happy Christmas (War is Over) by John Lennon is my very favorite. I love that song.
