    Usually I eat cereal. Sometimes I’ll eat leftovers when we have too many in the fridge. Often I don’t eat breakfast.

    I used to be a cereal girl. And I always thought I just didn’t eat enough when, around 9 AM, after eating breakfast at 7, I was “chew-the-walls-down” hungry. Oh, I’d get so painfully hungry, and evil, and cranky…. Then I realized that the carbs were just going right thru my system. So now I eat eggs. Every day – a regular egg, scrambled with egg whites, with a little fat-free cheese and about a Tbs of bacon bits (the real ones) crisped up and thrown in. It’s SO much better – and I can now go until at least noon, usually 2, before I’m hungry again.

    Cereal or oatmeal and 1 cup of coffee.

    I’m down to one cup of coffee, occasionally two. I can’t eat anything until around 10:30 or so. I’ll have something light, like yogurt. There are these yogurt parfaits I found. The apple pies ones are good, and now I have strawberry. I’ll have one of those. I’ve tried to eat oatmeal, cereal, toast…I just can’t do it. I eat good the rest of the day, so I don’t see a problem with it, even though everyone else does. lol I just can’t force myself to eat, when I’m not hungry.

      I agree. People have tried telling me for years to eat breakfast but I have no appetite that early. Around 10 I can eat but not until I’ve been up for at least 2 or 3 hours.

    I have 2 cups of coffee by then Ive been up for an hour or two then I have buttered toast.

    I have 1 cup (16 oz) on my way to work (5:45-6:45am).
    I then usually have 2 slices of toast or a bowl of granola around 8:00am.

    I usually have a bagel with butter after I’ve been up a couple of hours. I can’t eat anything for the first hour due to thyroid medicine, and then I tend to lose track of time. Sometimes I’m up 3 or 4 hours before I actually eat. I don’t drink coffee or tea, and only diet soda once in a great while. It’s just lots of ice water all day long. I’m with the rest that don’t eat unless they’re actually hungry.
