No. We never did that either. We were lucky with both kids to have a night we didn’t have to do something.

  2. Jenny says:

Every once in a while we try to go out and do something. Even if it’s just dinner alone and some shopping. Just to get away is nice

  3. Nikki says:

No. Maybe once or twice a year, it’ll work out that Bailey will be at a friends over night or at his grandparents, and we’ll go out to dinner. We don’t plan “date nights.”

Not regularly. At this point a date night consists of putting the kids to bed at nine and us going into our room, locking the door and turning the volume up on the TV.

When we do go out its usually the standard movie and dinner. However, once in a while we will be adventurous and just drive out to the beach and walk. Something about watching the waves lap up and back… up and back… up and back. Its pretty cool when we come across a unique shell or a star fish stranded in a tidal pool.

  5. No, so many things are going on- – – we forget, but I think it’s important and we should set aside time- maybe if I remember (*tie string around finger*) I’ll ask him to pull out his calendar and we can set up some dates? I know we’d just go for dinner, to a movie, or weather permitting for a nice long walk.

  6. Just sent the man a text message ~ just while I was thinking about it… this probably will happen because he has a much better memory than I do 😉
