Question of the day

When I was aboard ship it was chess every night. Difficult to find chess players these days.
I played a lot of chess and checkers as a child. I like them both though I don’t remember the rules to chess.
Chess, I guess. I haven’t played with anyone over age 4 in decades.
Chinese Checkers!
ooh yea Chinese Checkers, loved that game!
Chinese Checkers was an awesome game. Darryl and I used to play it by the hour.
We used to be all about checkers around here, but then a friend taught Josh how to play Chess. And then Santa brought him a chess board and a book on Chess for kids. So now we play Chess – or one of his made-up variations of it… which usually involve legos, dragons and light sabers.
Checkers! I never learned Chess, I never tried either. It looks complicated, but I’d love to learn. We play checkers here all the time.
This is the book that Santa brought for Josh. I really like it. It takes you through the game step-by-step, and even gives you a few practice things to do before moving to the next step. And it’s cute.
At first glance I thought you said cheese or crackers? You and see where my heads at checkers.
