I love yogurt, so when I found this I had to share! What a healthy, fun snack.

These look so awesome and I’ll bet they are very tasty. I love the thought of them frozen.
I haven’t done the dots yet. I do put my yogurt cups in the freezer. Thaw for maybe 10 minutes. It’s so good! I think the dots would be even better, and the kids would love them.
That’s a cute idea. For a healthy snack recently I found a favorite. Take frozen blueberries out of the freezed and fill a small cup up half way and had coconut milk to cover the berries let it sit for a minute the berries get coated white with the milk and it tastes like blueberry icecream kind of. :+)
coconut milk from a cartoon not a can.
That sounds really good Starla. My husband loves blueberries.
That does sound good. Something else I saw on Pinterest was blueberries on a skewer dipped in yogurt, then frozen. Strawberries would be good too.
That’s a good idea two I’m always trying to figure out how to eat more fruits and veggies. :+)
