Cherry tomatoes and black olives make really cute lady birds. Base is made up of sliced bagettes, cream cheese, smoked salmon and flat leafed parsley. Dots on body are cut pieces of olives and the eyes are dots of cream cheese. (To help alleviate so many questions I would just like to add that in the UK, South Africa and Australia they are called Lady Birds – in the USA they are called Lady Bugs.)
How adorable are these?

Love this. So creative. By the way, I’d say Ladybug was a better name for them, as they’re bugs not birds π
CUTE!!!!! I like ladybugs better than lady birds too. π
At first glance it looked like they were on potatoes, and I thought hmmm I don’t know about that! But on baguettes?? Yes, please!
Very cute. I call them bugs, Sean calls them birds .
