These look so dang good to me.
1 pound linguine, cooked
4 tablespoons fresh parsley
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
Directions:
1. Cook your linguine noodles as directed on the packaging.
2. Blend garlic in a food processor until fine. Add soy sauce, oils, vinegar, and brown sugar.
3. Add enough peanut butter to make slightly thick. Blend until smooth.
4. Add to pasta and toss with shredded carrots.
If desired, you can top with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, or grilled chicken strips.

Wow 1/2 cup of peanut butter I bet that does add a lot of flavor and 3 cloves of garlic. I’m going to have to try this I bet Navar would like this too. I’m so happy the weather is cooling down and I can do more cooking in the oven finailly it’s OK to heat the house up. Today is a beautiful fall day! Not a cloud in the sky.
