Question of the day

I do when I’m dieting and I put part of an orange in it. I almost can’t stand plain water but I’m also to the point that I don’t like it flavored either. It makes my stomach feel funny.
Yes, but not religiously. I used to make it a point to drink a glass of water every time I got a fillup of coffee, but at some point I read something that convinced me that wasn’t necessary. So now I just drink it when I feel thirsty. I love the taste/feel of tap water when I’m thirsty. Not a fan of bottled or water-cooler water.
Yes but not as much as I should. I need to work on that!
Yes now that I’m on meds, I’ve been drinking a ton of water.
Yup.its pretty much all I drink.Well besides coffee in the morning.
I sure try to! When I had my kidney problem, I had to drink so much water I felt like I was drowning in it. I try to drink as much as possible. I do drink it more when I have those flavor packets, but I know real fruit would be much healthier, and probably taste better too.
