Not too far from where I live now. Don’t want to be far from family. Though I have always liked the view in the Colorado mountains.

Near my family. On a beach front property 🙂

  3. Tony says:

Ireland or England, the home of my ancestors. Although I don’t know if I could handle the freezingness of their winters.

  4. Sue says:

I”ll have to think about it because I’m not too sure!

This is a hard question that I keep struggling with. When it comes down to it I would be happiest living close to family (currently I live between 2000 and 6000 miles away from my immediate family). However, when just talking about location I would LOVE to move back to Colorado or Sydney, Australia. These are both amazing places.

  6. LVISS says:

Happy with my place as of now. My next choice would be Richmond Virginia

  7. Just a Mom says:

I would stay right where I am in the Houston, Texas area. I am 15 minutes from the beach, a few hours from the hill country and have a major city right at my fingertips.
I have tried living in Connecticut and New Hampshire which are both beautiful places but my heart belongs to Texas!

There are lot of places I’d like to visit but I really think I am living in the best place I could live in. I love the island and I think everything I’ve done in life led to this wonderful place and to share it with my daughter and granddaughter, well, it’s magical (except for the dumbass drivers).

I would live in the deep woods. My log cabin home would be on top of a hill that gently sloped away toward the barn. There would be a 4-5 acre pond with about 2 acres of heavily wooded high ground in the pond. This property would be located within an hours drive from the ocean and no more than a 3 hour drive from the mountains. My family would each have property near by.

If I could choose that is.

I would like to live out in the country somewhere in northern Alabama or central Tennessee. But I must admit sometimes I fantasize about an occasional visit to Superman’s Fortress of Solitude… 🙂

  11. Somewhere greener, with a true change of seasons.
